ARIEL VILNER
Head of Program
Ariel brings his passion for Am Yisrael and Eretz Yisrael to his role as the head of Kadima.
With a strong background in education, including a Bachelor in Education – History and Special Needs, Ariel spent four years on Shlichut with World Bnei Akiva in Germany, where he worked closely with local communities and youth in experiential education. During his time abroad, he organized camps, programs, and trips, focusing on personal and Jewish growth while fostering a strong connection to Israel.
Now in his second year with Kadima, and having spent many months of 2024 serving in the IDF reserves as a combat soldier post October 7th, Ariel is committed to helping participants forge a deep and lasting connection with Israel, on their journey of growth, discovery, and connection to their Jewish heritage.
Ariel speaks Hebrew, English, German and lives in Jerusalem with his wife and three boys.
